How to use

Apply your chosen hair treatment according to its instructions, checking that it is suitable for use with heat.
Cover your hair with the included shower cap.
Position the thermal cap with the taller side at the back, then adjust the drawstring comfortably.
Connect the correct voltage version, select a low heat level, and choose the appropriate session time.
After use, switch off, unplug, and let the cap cool before cleaning or storing.

We suggest 20 minutes for general conditioning. For coloring or perming, use heat only when the treatment instructions expressly allow it.

Can I sleep or lie down while wearing it?

Stay awake and able to monitor your comfort while using an electrical heating cap. Plan the session as time you can supervise, rather than an overnight treatment.

Can it dry my hair like a hood dryer?

Do not buy it as a drying appliance. Warming a conditioning treatment is a different task from circulating air to dry your hair.

Can I wear it over metal clips or rollers?

Do not assume accessories are suitable under a heating cap. Check the instructions for both the cap and the accessory before combining them, especially where metal could contact your skin.
